Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at care@urjaayurveda.com or call our customer service.
  • After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return the product (if applicable) under our Return Policy.

2. Returns

We accept returns in the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If the product you received is damaged or defective, you can return it for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt.
  • Incorrect Product: If you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a return or exchange.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please email us at care@urjaayurveda.com with your order details and photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
  • Return items must be in their original condition, unused, and unopened (if applicable), including all packaging.
  • Once your return is approved, you will be provided with return instructions.

Return Shipping:

  • Return Shipping Cost: The return shipping cost will be covered by UrjaAyurveda.online only in cases of defective or incorrect items. In all other cases, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

3. Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be issued only for products that are returned in accordance with our Return Policy.
  • Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Products that are opened or used.
  • Items purchased during special promotions or discounted sales (unless damaged or defective).

5. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges only for damaged or defective items or if you received the wrong product. If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange for the exchange.

6. Order Modifications

  • Once your order is processed and shipped, we are unable to modify or change the items in the order. If you wish to change your order, you will need to cancel it (if possible) and place a new order.
